super central stay
fantastic location helpful staff friendly staff good variety
this hotel is a treasure. it is in such a fantastic location near everything i wanted to see. the super nice team and friendly every time i interacted with them. breakfast offered a really good variety of choices to start the day off right.
the bathroom was a bit small i felt a little cramped while using it. it was functional just not very spacious.

canal view clean shower room fridge room kettle
The room included a canal view which was lovely. The shower was clean i appreciated that.
The room had no fridge that was not very convenient. There was also no kettle provided in the room IT was a bit INCONVENIENT.

slow drain odd stains
the location proved convenient with good access to public transport.
The shower drain was slow and the fan did little to remove steam after showers. This was quite inconvenient. there were also some odd stains present on the drapes. I found this unsettling and it detracted from the overall experience. the room service never occurred even though i placed the tag on the door.

Solid stay! Comfy Rooms!
helpful staff clean room convenient location
Staff were very helpful and friendly. Rooms were clean. I was able to leave my luggage since I arrived earlier. This made my first day smooth and easy. I really loved this convenience. The location was very convenient.
The bathroom is small and has a bit of a strange smell. This was after a shower. I think it needs better ventilation.

helpful staff convenient floor empty body wash attention detail
The staff assisted me with my luggage upon arrival, moving me to a more convenient floor. This was helpful as I had a rather large bag.
The body wash in the shower was empty upon arrival. It took two requests over two mornings to reception for it to be refilled. This makes me wonder if anyone checks these things.

I was able to drop off my luggage early upon arrival, allowing me to explore without any hindrances. The reception staff provided a helpful city map and pointed out key attractions. The staff were consistently friendly and ready to assist with any questions! The location is central. I walked everywhere.
The absence of a refrigerator in the room was inconvenient. I had to consume beverages immediately after purchase because storage was not available. This limitation impacted my ability to keep drinks cool !
